GORILLA AIR IS TOTALLY AMAZING. I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW MUCH TIME AND EVERGY AND ESPECIALLY DETAIL THEY PUT INTO THIS JOB - MY 2 AC UNITS WERE 25 YEARS OLD - SO YOU CAN IMAGINE WHAT THEY HAD TO GO THRU - RICO-MEME-ETC. MEN WERE VERY DETAIL - AND WHEN THEY HAD TO CUT THE SHEETROCK THEY TOLD ME UP FRONT THE ADDITIONAL PRICE WITHOUT HAVING STICKER SHOCK AT THE END OF THE JOB -I JUST CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED FROM THIS COMPANY

I recently had Gorilla Air install (2) 4ton Trane Heat Pump self contained units on my new home. The lady answering the phone (Becky) was very good at handling my questions. The technician the came to my house to size and give me advise was very personable and had a lot of knowledge when answering my questions. When I accepted the bid , I was scheduled for install within a short time. The day that the install was scheduled (2) technicians showed up and worked very late into the night to complete my installs. I personally installed heating and a/c units in the Midwest for 40 years and I couldn't of asked for a more professional job that the technicians did. Both men were very professional and performed a extremely nice job installing my units. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for experienced , professional and a very competitive company. This has been the best company that I have had the pleasure of doing business with in the valley. Great people Great Company Great prices .
